In the mornings, you’ll find 70% of our agents with a cup of coffee in hand, and 13% with tea. In the winter months, 17% opt for a mug of hot cocoa or Mexican hot chocolate instead. Yummmmm.
BOOKWORMS
We love our books! 36% of Nesters have at least one bookshelf in their home, and 33% have an entire dedicated library.
REAL WORLD
When it comes to book genres, 48% of our Nesters prefer to keep it in the fictional realm, while 29% prefer nonfictional musings.
THE FABRIC OF OUR LIVES
Nearly two-thirds (62%) of Nesters prefer the look and feel of cotton sheets all year round, versus flannel or silk.

A solid 60% of our Nesters make subtle changes to their decor as the seasons change, like swapping pillows, draperies, and candles.
