Montvue is a small, established neighborhood just off of Barracks Road, minutes to the City and Barracks Road Shopping Center. With homesites typically ranging from one to three acres, Montvue stands as one of the few neighborhoods close to town with larger lots. Most Montvue homes were built in the 1950s and 1960s and architectural styles include mostly one-level ranchers and Cape Cods. The neighborhood is mostly wooded and many homes offer great privacy.
