Dawn Cromer leads The Cromer Team with the same discipline, drive, and commitment to excellence that defined her years as an elite track and field athlete and coach at the University of Virginia. Today, that foundation shapes a team known for delivering thoughtful guidance, strategic marketing, and exceptional results.

Beyond traditional real estate, Dawn brings a unique perspective as both an investor and business owner. She is a co-founder of Orso Blu Stays, a short term rental investment, design, and management company, where she helps clients explore real estate as a wealth-building and lifestyle-driven opportunity. As an owner of multiple short term rentals herself, she offers firsthand insight into what it takes to create successful, high-performing properties.

Dawn also understands the building process from the ground up, having designed and built her own home alongside a local custom builder, starting with a floor plan sketched on a napkin. This experience gives her clients a deeper level of guidance whether they are buying, building, or investing.

A Charlottesville resident since graduating from UVA in 2003, Dawn has built both her business and her life in this community. She and her husband are raising their three children here and are deeply connected to the place they call home.
