Born and raised in Charlottesville and Albemarle and educated at William & Mary, Kristin has a profound understanding of the area, its surroundings, and all that it offers. Kristin began her real estate career in Charlottesville in 1994, earning Rookie of the Year honors. In 1997, she relocated to California where she spent over a decade in Corporate Recruiting, holding Director level roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations. In 2010, she returned to Charlottesville Real Estate, using her skills in the art of negotiation, contracts, marketing, and consultative sales to provide clients with service that extends well beyond the basics of managing a real estate transaction. She won the 2017 Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors Sales Associate of the Year award, awarded to REALTORS® who distinguish themselves as a top producer and still manage to be actively involved in the Association, civic affairs, and the pursuit of educational and professional designations. 

Kristin serves as a Director on the Boards of Piedmont CASA and the CAAR Foundation. Kristin volunteers with Blue Ridge Home Builders, Habitat for Humanity, International Neighbors and Women United in Philanthropy. When not with clients, Kristin can be found with her friends and family, reading, exercising, or traveling.
